The owner is really friendly, and there’s a lot to like here: clean, bright rooms, a great location, and safe fenced parking, including secure parking inside. The property also has a restaurant, where the food we had was fresh and really good. It has plenty of potential, and I’ll surely visit again.

Vincenzo, the owner, is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the private parking is convenient. It was peaceful and quiet. The rooms are somewhat dated, but spacious and functional, and the nightly rates were reasonable even during the August holiday period. Breakfast was simple but tasty: a chocolate croissant, a slice of homemade cake, and a drink of your choice. They can adjust breakfast if you ask in advance, or you can stay for dinner.

We were glad to have secure, free parking so we could leave the luggage we didn't need in the car. The place is right by the Lamezia Terme highway exit, and Mr. Enzo was kind and helpful. Dogs are welcome. Breakfast was more than enough, with homemade orange cake, and the price was excellent for what we got.

I liked how peaceful and cool it felt out in the countryside, even though it was close to the center. The rooms are roomy and have the usual hotel comforts. A few things could use attention, which I guess is understandable at the end of the season. I did ask for a higher pillow and never got one. Still, everything else was great, especially the fresh croissant at breakfast. I'll come back and try the restaurant and its specialties.
