We had a truly lovely stay at this welcoming B&B in Lampedusa. The owners were extremely kind and helpful, always ready with advice on making the most of the island. The property is clean and carefully maintained, and it's conveniently placed for both the town center and the sea. Our room was comfortable and always immaculate, with a relaxing feel that put us on holiday right away. Breakfast was very good and generous, too. I'd gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Lampedusa.

I can overlook things going wrong, even the broken toilet seat that hurt me, no soap at all, the worn-out air conditioning that gives no heat, and having only a bedspread with no blankets in January. We also paid extra for breakfast, but it wasn't available this time of year, and the supplement was never refunded. I still wouldn't have written a negative review about those issues by themselves. What changed things was a call from a woman the day before we left, asking when our flight was. I asked if we could check out at 11:30 or 12:00, not in the afternoon, since our flight was around lunchtime. She said we had to be out by 10:00 at the latest. I was only asking for the courtesy of using the bathroom. It's January, not August, and the B&B was completely empty. As things stand, it doesn't deserve even one star. You won't see us again.

Pietro and his family welcomed us so warmly at this B&B, just a few steps from the center. They were always ready to answer questions and give us tips for getting around the island. Breakfast was simple but had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

The apartment had plenty of space and was clean, and the hosts were kind and quick to help. Breakfast was a real highlight: fresh croissants every day, plus Mimma's homemade desserts. You can ask for savory options too. Great value, and there's a supermarket next door, with the center close by.
