Peace and quiet are a big part of the appeal here, and the location is handy for some of the island's most beautiful beaches. This is an excellent family-run hotel and residence, just steps from the sea, beautifully managed and decorated with taste and passion. The people are lovely, professional, and attentive, and always willing to help. Everything is orderly and very clean. Highly recommended if you're after a relaxing Mediterranean stay. If we get the chance to return to Lampedusa, we'll know where to stay.

The pool was hard to resist, and breakfast was excellent. Our room was spotless, roomy, and comfortable, with the air conditioning placed just right to cool the room without bothering us. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and gave us great ideas for excursions. The location is strategic, just steps from Guitcia beach and a few more from the town center.

I had a week at the Luagos Club Resort in Lampedusa and fell for the place right away. It's a stunning spot, with everything you could want for a holiday, and the atmosphere is completely peaceful. Charlie, the sweet dog who serves as the resort mascot, was always up for a cuddle or a game. Breakfast was superb, with a broad mix of international dishes and local specialties, all fresh and delicious each day. The morning staff deserve a special thanks too, especially the women, who were always smiling, kind, and helpful. I also ate at the restaurant at Hotel Medusa, which is connected to the resort, and it was a real surprise. The fish was exceptional, and the dishes were unforgettable. Compliments to the chef! A wonderful experience for anyone wanting to enjoy Lampedusa in comfort, with care and attention to detail. I'll definitely return.

The room was cleaned really well with good products, and the linens were good quality. There were guests with dogs, and parking was available. Some people may find this setup fine for their needs, but I wanted a different level of service, especially because in Lampedusa this same offer costs half as much elsewhere. I trusted the listing on Booking.com and the website, expecting a hotel with all the amenities for a week in Lampedusa. The price felt like a hotel holiday, but what I found was a residence without a kitchenette. There was no reception, bar, pool, room service, or restaurant, and the mini-bar had only water, even though all those features were listed. On arrival they told me there was a hotel 200 meters away. The street there isn't lit at night and has no sidewalk. The property is far from the center and shops, so I felt completely abandoned. There wasn't even a vending machine for drinks or snacks. Breakfast ran from 8:00 to 10:00 and was basic, then the bar closed. One scorching afternoon I had to ask an old lady for fruit.
