Oasi di Casablanca

The pool was a lovely extra, and relaxation really was guaranteed. We had a wonderful week at the Casablanca Oasis. Giuseppina and the staff were always kind and available, and the location and cleanliness were excellent. Breakfast each morning was generous. I recommend it.

Mrs. Giuseppina and the other staff were consistently helpful, and the view and sea in front of the "annex" are beautiful. But the rest of our first Lampedusa holiday at Oasi Casablanca was a real disappointment. We chose it after seeing the fantastic photos, which are real but give a misleading impression. Apart from the lovely pool, the property has little to offer. We booked the annex, expecting small bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen, but instead found ourselves sharing a hovel with other guests. It had a very basic bedroom and bathroom with a small window. The shower drain kept clogging. On our last day, after showering and trying to contain the water, we used every towel we had. There was no shower gel apart from tiny samples, so bring some. Cleanliness overall wasn't good, and we expected much more attention to detail. Breakfast was very, very, very simple. At almost €200 a night, we expected a lot more. The view and sea are lovely, but at this point even a tent facing the water would have been fine!

We spent a wonderful holiday here. The sea is stunning and the location is exceptional. Mrs. Giuseppina is a fantastic host, always smiling and full of good suggestions, from boat trips to car rentals. The pool is beautiful, and we stayed there until 10 pm, enjoying some excellent aperitifs. We'll definitely come back.

We were three couples and felt looked after, with every need taken care of. Giuseppina, the coordinator, Andreas, and Fabiola were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The transfer to and from the airport was punctual and well organized, as was the car and scooter rental. The property is quiet, lush, and very well maintained, with a pool and sea view. It's just steps from the Dead Sea, one of the island's most beautiful coves. The rooms were spotless and cool, with a mini-bar, comfortable beds, and a lovely outdoor patio. A wonderful stay, highly recommended. We'll be back!
