I came across this place by chance on a work trip, and Maria made me feel very welcome. She manages everything in a lovely way, and there are books and little cosy corners around the hotel. My apartment had loads of space, a beautiful view, a comfortable bed, and a big bathroom. The kitchen had all the utensils, plus a large fridge. Best of all was the pool and its view, perfect on a hot day. I’d love to come back with my road bike, since there are beautiful road cycling routes all around.

The apartment was roomy and nice, and the pool was clean and refreshing. The lady at the front desk was so friendly and had plenty of recommendations. Excellent value for the money. I can only recommend it.

From the outside, the building doesn’t hint at how beautiful it is inside. Such a delightful place, with lovely views of the sun setting over the Tuscan valley below.

The rooms feel outdated, and air conditioning costs extra. In a multiroom apartment, it’s only in one bedroom. The Wi-Fi was awful, overloaded and with no connection at all. We had to sit on the terrace by restaurant Victoria, which was overbooked anyway, to use their free Wi-Fi. The residence is in the middle of nowhere, so decent shops are nearly an hour’s drive away.
