Even with a main road running in front of and behind the hotel, it’s very quiet. The bus stop is only a three-minute walk away, and buses go via Lana to Merano every half hour. The public transport ticket is included and provided digitally, so who still needs to drive to Merano? At breakfast, egg dishes are made fresh if you ask. We stayed in a modernized Comfort Room on the valley side, with a superb bed, two upholstered chairs in a small sitting area, and a balcony overlooking Lana and the garden terrace. The solar-heated rock pool was lovely, and the food was fantastic. The hosts were very friendly and even recognized us after 13 years! We especially liked that our table was marked “Swiss Friends” instead of “Family XXX.” We’d love to return. Stay healthy and keep up the good work!

We spent a week at the Braunsbergerhof in June, and loved the whole place, from the rooms to the garden and pool. The best part was the food each evening. The hosts are so friendly and helpful, and great people to ask for excursion tips. It’s easy to relax here and let yourself be pampered. We had an unforgettable stay and would highly recommend it.

The Saturday multi-course gala dinner was outstanding, with every dish carefully prepared and a pleasure to eat. Breakfast and the rest of the food made a great impression too. The rooms are cozy and clean, with amazing mountain views, and we feel completely at home here. This was my first visit to South Tyrol and to the Braunsbergerhof, and I’m already planning to celebrate my birthday here. Thanks to my friend for recommending it. I’m really looking forward to coming back.

Just outside Lana, this is a lovely hotel. It’s spotlessly clean, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the pool amid all the greenery is a real treat. The restaurant is worth mentioning too, especially for its vegetarian dishes.

I’ve already stayed at the Hotel Braunsberger Hof three times, and my fourth visit is booked ;) The owners and staff are all so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are modern, beautiful, and very clean, and the food is incredible. The location makes a great starting point for outings, with fantastic views over Lana and the surrounding area. I’m already looking forward to our next trip, especially the meals :)
