The café, pastry shop, and deli next door were a real bonus for us, with good quality and prices. Barbara was always on hand with answers and information, and my friends who arrived by motorcycle could use a covered garage nearby. The house itself was spotless and very well cared for. It also made a great base for seeing Salento: we reached lots of lovely places and beaches in 20-30 minutes by car, and early July was still easy to get around. A perfect week for my partner and me, we’ll be back.

We’re heading back to Milan with Salento’s blue sky and sea in our memories, plus a delicious tray of pasticciotti from the pastry shop next door. The two-room apartment gave us a lovely place to relax, with its courtyard and hot tub, and Barbara made us feel welcome. She also gave my mother and me useful tips on beaches and places to visit, so we managed to explore quite a lot during our wonderful week away.

Barbara really made our stay, always ready to help and suggest places to see. Such a lovely person. We stayed in the open-plan apartment, which was recently renovated, bright, and really cute. It had everything we needed and was quiet, while still close to all the amenities. Thanks for everything, Barbara. We’d definitely recommend staying here.

We’ll be back for our anniversary. The suite was clean, and the welcome was very friendly. We had the spa amenities to enjoy, including the hot tub, sauna, sensory shower, and massage bed, plus a coffee machine and kettle for herbal teas. The package came with a wine tasting and platter at a famous local winery. With the good weather and everything nearby, we also got to tour Lecce and Porto Cesareo.
