We arrived to find we’d been moved to another apartment because of overbooking. The landlord called it an upgrade, but it didn’t match our booking at all. It was dirty, outdated, and poorly furnished. When told, the response was, “We can leave.” Outrageous and completely unwelcoming.

The property and apartment were truly wonderful. We stayed in the attic apartment at chalet Sant’Anna, which felt romantic, had lovely details, and offered a breathtaking view. It was a shame to see so many cobwebs on the beams once the lights came on at night. We also found a bedspread with a hole in it. A little more care with those details would make this a dream house. 🏔️❤️

We felt welcome from the start. Our warm, friendly host met us at the free parking space in front of the property, and was always available with answers and great restaurant suggestions. The apartment had everything we could need, including every kitchen utensil we could think of. It was furnished to a high standard in Alpine style, with very comfortable beds and a state-of-the-art bathroom. Supermarkets and hiking trails were an easy walk away. We’d come back anytime and highly recommend this fantastic place.

We spent a wonderful week in the attic apartment. It was nicely furnished, the kitchen had everything we needed, and we loved the fantastic view from the balcony. The service was excellent, and whenever we had a question, we got helpful tips. We brought our bikes and found some fantastic cycling routes. The accommodation also pointed us to amazing restaurants for dinner. Thanks for a perfect week, we’ll be back!
