The location up in the hills was great, with a lovely view of the castle and mountains. The staff were really kind and helpful, and my single room was excellent value. I’d definitely stay again.

Avoid this place if you can. I stayed alone for two nights, but they put me in a double room anyway. At checkout, they suddenly charged me for the double. I wouldn’t come here unless you have to.

Good rooms, helpful staff, and service that was just as good. Kofler is the best hotel I've stayed in.

We spent New Year's Eve here and had such a warm stay. The rooms felt cozy and had lovely views, and everything was spotless. Breakfast was excellent, and there’s a pool with a whirlpool, sauna, and infrared room. The owners were kind and helpful throughout. We hope to make it back for a third visit in 2026! 👏👏👏👏😍Annarosa Fabia and Alfredo
