Mrs. Teresa was genuinely kind and always available to help make our stay comfortable. We had free parking, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen, and pets are welcome. There's a small gate between the studio's shared entrance area and access to the other two apartments. The studio itself was very nice for us since we were out all day and came back mainly to nap, shower, or sleep; there's also a two-room apartment and a larger first-floor one with a terrace. It's a quiet, rural place, just how I like it, and you can walk to a supermarket, bar, and pizzeria. A good base for the coast: Fossacesia and the Trabocchi are about 20 minutes away, and you can also go to Ortona or farther south. I highly recommend it.

A lovely setting among olive and fruit trees, with breathtaking views. It's a great place to properly recharge, just a few kilometers from both the sea and the Maiella mountains. The apartment was superb and had everything we needed. Teresa was kind, friendly, and very helpful. An excellent experience!

The countryside setting means there are mosquitoes, which was the one drawback for us. Still, the house is lovely and has an outdoor barbecue, and its position makes it easy to get to Lanciano or the seaside towns. The owner has thought through every detail, and staying here feels a bit like being at home, only as a guest.

The owner is attentive and helpful, and the place is peaceful, tucked into the countryside with a beautiful view of the Majella. The room is always the same, with a small bathroom and kitchenette. Everything felt new, worked well, and was clean. Highly recommended.
