Dilva loves dogs and holds them in high regard, so if you're traveling with pets, you can't help but stay with her. She was incredibly kind and helpful, and even gave me a gift because I was staying on my birthday. The room was spacious, bright, and quiet, with a very comfortable bathroom. You can make coffee or cook whenever you like in the shared kitchen, and there's a lovely little terrace overlooking the sea. It's just steps from the water and from bars, pizzerias, and mini markets. Loving in every way.

Breakfast was generous and delicious, with ring cakes, tarts, and fruit juices that Dilva made herself. The hostess was warm and welcoming, and the B&B was meticulously clean and cared for. A very pleasant stay, highly recommended!

The shaded terrace was a real delight, and Dilva was friendly, helpful, and happy to take care of our requests. She also makes delicious pastries for breakfast. The place was welcoming, quiet, and clean, and very close to the sea. We had a hard time leaving!

So far, this is the best place we've stayed in Porto Sant'Elpidio. Compliments to Mrs. Dilva for being friendly and helpful. The property is meticulously maintained and the service impeccable.

Breakfast was hard to find anything for, and when I put water on the stove, the electricity went out after two minutes. The room was cold in every sense, and at night we were freezing. The entrance looked welcoming at first, but what a surprise once inside. One to forget!
