I spent three months here for work and felt right at home. The room was always spotless, and the new property has every comfort. It’s conveniently located just steps from the sea. The owners were wonderful people, so hospitable and helpful that it’s hard to put into words. I’ll definitely return. Highly recommended!

Matteo's parents gave us such a warm welcome that we felt at ease straight away. The Raffaello room was lovely, and it came with private parking. The property is brand new and modern, in an excellent location, with every comfort, including a minibar and Nespresso machine. Congratulations to everyone. Highly recommended.

We stayed two nights, June 30 to July 2, arriving around 8:30 PM. The manager’s father kindly showed us to our room and suggested nearby restaurants. He also gave us four tickets, two each, for breakfast at the café and pastry shop nearby. The new room was very nice, with a roomy bathroom, TV, air conditioning, small fridge and kettle. The bathroom had towels, a hairdryer and basic soaps. There’s private parking, plus a little table and chairs outside the entrance where you can sit and relax. In short, it has everything. The area is peaceful, just steps from the sea and the train station. Closing the double windows was enough to sleep soundly. Recommended! Greetings from Giulia and Alessio.

Matteo’s recommendations were spot on, and we can’t wait to come back. The property is clean and welcoming, very close to the sea, and a lovely place to take a few days off and unwind. The owners make sure you have what you need and make you feel at home. They’re wonderful people.

We were in the Raffaello room, where everything was new, clean, and well cared for. The owners made us feel welcome and were very kind and helpful. It was completely peaceful, too. Highly recommend it, five stars.
