Friendly staff and a nice hotel, but the building and room feel a bit old. The bathroom shower was awful, leaving the room like a swimming pool after using it. There's no air conditioning, and breakfast was very limited.

It was so hard just to get someone to realize I'd arrived. Nobody answered, even though I called out loudly and rang the bell. Really bad.

The pool water was dirty when we planned to spend our penultimate day there, and it was still that way on the last day. There's no air conditioning either, just a small fan. During our six-day stay, our towels weren't changed once, and one morning there were no croissants at breakfast, so we had to buy breakfast at the bar ourselves. The rooms need a major renovation. This hotel has nothing that deserves a 3-star rating, and the value for money is definitely poor.

The location was good and very close to the city center. Cleanliness was decent and value for money was good, but the comfort room we booked had no air conditioning, and the shower was too small. It was a shame they didn't answer the phone (cell phone).
