B&B Le Dune

The garden was a lovely place to unwind after the beach, and there’s an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand. Our room was spacious, with AC, a TV and a refrigerator, and it was cleaned daily with fresh towels. The Wi-Fi worked fine, though the router could use more frequent resets. We were grateful that two sunbeds and an umbrella were included in the room price at Salinelle beach, saving us 30 eur. The beach is close by, and there’s free parking. For exploring the area, you’ll definitely want a car. Breakfast is served at La Voce Del Mare restaurant, part of the same property. There was a good selection of cold cuts, cheeses, fruit, croissants and sweets, and the coffee was very good. Some vegetables like tomatoes or cucumbers would have been nice. For meals, there’s La Voce del Mare, the bar at Salinelle beach, and nearby Da Piero Ristorante - Pizzeria, though they don’t serve pizza at lunch. There are also 3 supermarkets in the area for water, beer and other things you need. Cefalu is very close, but I’d suggest a visit to the chic town of Castelbuono, about 30 minutes away. Thanks to Rosi for making sure we were comfortable. It was a wonderful place for a vacation.
