Our stay was a disaster, with conditions that made the property feel uninhabitable and like a real health hazard. I’m hoping people check Google before booking since my Airbnb review was removed. The host is a liar, and I won’t tolerate defamation. The photos on all their listing platforms DO NOT MATCH the reality, which is why we had a problem with our stay. There were rat droppings throughout the property when we arrived, and the bedrooms were full of mold, leaving the air thick and hard to breathe. We were also horrified to find a Mausoleum on the property with deceased bodies. None of that had been disclosed before we booked. The listing promised air conditioning in every room, and the host confirmed it, but five bedrooms had no cooling and were unbearable. The host said they’d bring AC units but never did. The doors wouldn’t lock, and the doors and windows swung open by themselves at night, leaving us exposed to whatever was outside. Because of these conditions, 12 of the original 16 guests left to find somewhere else to stay. This was the most unsettling and dangerous stay we’ve ever had.
