We’d stayed here before and found the property comfortable and modern, but this time an unforeseen problem made it difficult for us to be there on the night of August 2nd. We had booked through Booking.com and were already past the cancellation deadline. Booking.com left the decision to the property, and I believe it was theirs alone to make. We asked for a voucher to use in September, but the property refused. I’m sorry, but they don’t accommodate guests, even though they could easily do so. I don’t think there’s a line of people waiting to stay there. It’s a nice property, but the location isn’t ideal, in a city that’s certainly not the center of the world. Now we’ll see what we can do. Let’s toast our 96 euros, they’ve sorted out the month! AWFUL. This time, check-in was at the scheduled time and the staff member was waiting for us, but the website hadn’t indicated Self Check-In.!? Everything’s fine as long as nothing unexpected happens.

The room had everything we needed, and the colors made it feel cheerful and welcoming. I especially liked the spacious shower with chromotherapy. The bathroom’s only drawback was how tight the toilet area was, particularly around the bidet, especially for someone a bit overweight like me. The property is beautifully kept, clean, and very high-tech. With the home automation, independent check-in and check-out were easy, and we could come and go without time limits. Once you’re inside, it’s easy to forget you’re in Latina. Fabulous place!

Although it’s centrally located, the entrance is on a side street, so it’s quiet. I stayed one night and found the room clean and just right for an overnight stop. The front desk staff were very kind and waited for me at check-in. They gave me good dinner suggestions and were very helpful when I needed to find something I’d lost the next day.

My partner and I stayed from January 18th to 20th, and we were pleasantly surprised. We hadn’t visited Latina before, but the strategic location made it easy to explore the area. The room was spotless, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Nearby pizzerias, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, and easy parking were the icing on the cake. The reception staff were so kind and friendly, quick to help us and very courteous. We’d be happy to return!
