We had a duo room with its own bathroom, plus both air conditioning and heating. Monika made a lovely breakfast every morning. The place is great for unwinding and works well as a base for day trips. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the beach, and our hostess Monika, her husband Claudio, and the other family members we met were all warm, friendly, and helpful.

The homemade bread and yogurt were delicious, and the salami and cheese came from local farmers. The hosts were great, the decor felt lovingly done, and breakfast was lovely. You can borrow bikes for free. Of the two rooms, the larger one has a nice private bathroom and is the one I’d choose. The only little downside is the street noise out front.

Claudio and Monica were so kind and helpful, and Monica made an excellent breakfast. It’s a lovely spot surrounded by nature, a short distance from Lignano and Bibione. Highly recommended. Pierluigi and Simon.

The garden view is lovely, and the place has a real at-home feel.
