Hotel La Perla

A quiet vintage boutique hotel perched above a busy ravine with good food and nightlife. We had a fantastic stay. The balcony was beautiful for breakfast with a sea view, and our sea view room had the best view we could’ve asked for. Praiano sits conveniently between Amalfi and Positano, with easy bus access to either right outside the hotel. The staff were friendly and helped with our questions and recommendations. This place really was la perla.

The rooftop was a lovely place to unwind and catch the sun, and breakfast on the main balcony came with such peaceful views. We’d only planned to stay one night, but ended up spending our whole vacation here. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff greeted us with real warmth from the start. It felt like a quiet pocket away from the crowds along the Amalfi Coast. We’re so glad we stayed! 😍

The beach and bus are both so close, and the views are amazing. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and everyone on staff was kind. One of my favorite hotel stays ever. I’d love to come back!!

The morning view was lovely, and there’s a beach about a 15-minute walk away, though I’m not sure if it’s private. The room was roomy enough for a night, but the building is old. The bathroom was tiny, and the shower was poor: the ceiling would be a problem if you’re tall, the water never got hot, and the flow was so slow that bathing took longer. It may depend on which room you get. Breakfast was fine, with limited choice, but nothing bad. In the end, the good parts balanced out the drawbacks for me.
