Real Park Hotel

The staff said they didn’t have a master key, so we were stuck waiting for hours until they could get the door open again. The heater also kept failing, swinging between leaving the room at 14 degrees and heating it to 29. The rooms and bathrooms were tiny, and the conditions were awful, worse than the worst dorm room. Breakfast was horrible, just a few croissants and one or two pieces of cake. Only the rooms with a sea view are any good. The other 80 percent have no view and are terrible. I hated the place and strongly advise people to stay away.

The hotel was dependable, and everyone was very kind. There’s only the sea nearby, though, so without a car there isn’t much you can do.

Mara was the best, so friendly and fun, and it’s clear she enjoys making people happy. The rest of the staff were kind and always smiling too. Thanks to the warm service and atmosphere, we went home happy and really relaxed. We hadn’t expected much from a three star hotel, but the place surprised us in a good way. I usually skip included meals so I can try local restaurants, but this time we ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The food tasted homemade and was delicious, with huge portions. I could barely move after dinner, and it was worth every bit. Next time I’ll book the meals in advance too. Dinner has a nice range of choices: one of three suggested first courses, then one of three second courses, plus side dishes, a salad buffet and dessert. Even if you pick just one option, they let you try the others as well. Thanks for such a great stay. See you again sometime soon. Sei numero uno👍😃

The hotel is right in front of the beach, with a lovely view from the balcony, and close to Cavi train station. Breakfast is a fresh, generous buffet from 7:30 to 9:30 in the morning. I stayed four nights and had a very good experience. The room was clean, with air conditioning, a nice full bed, and a bathroom stocked with lots of towels and amenities. The owner and his son were both very kind, and the staff were gentle and welcoming. They speak Italian, English and Spanish.
