The pool is what made the stay for my daughter, who couldn’t wait to swim, and we ended up spending most of our time there. Francesco at the pool bar was warm and helpful throughout. We’d spotted the resort while driving past and decided to book, which turned out to be a great call. Domenico welcomed us and showed us to a spacious, modern room that was spotless and had two balconies, one facing the lovely pool. It was a terrific stay.

My kids had a great time, and the gym and spa with sauna were really nice too. The staff were very accommodating, especially Francesco at the bar, who was attentive and made the stay even better. We enjoyed our time here and would come back.

The team here made the biggest impression on us. Everyone was welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay one of the best we’ve had. My girlfriend and I loved how modern and SUPER CLEAN the resort felt, almost like Dubai. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, and there were plenty of places to eat. I can’t recommend it enough.

The highlight was the wonderful man from Cuba at reception. He arranged a lovely wine for us by the pool after the rooftop bar let us down. The rooms were okay, but water from the shower spread across the floor, and I nearly slipped getting out. The rooftop bar was a real disappointment: no service, and they seemed eager to close before closing time. After 10 PM it was almost self-service.

Ms Lucia, the spa manager, looked after us, and her experience really showed. Her treatments took away all our stress and aches. The spa was very clean and had a range of rooms and experiences. The Salt room was amazing, like being back in the womb. Five stars for the spa. They speak Italian and Spanish. Give it a try, you won’t regret it.
