Agriturismo Le Ginestre

We loved staying at Le Ginestre for a week in July. Barbara and Gian Luca were excellent hosts, and we happily enjoyed their wines every day. They were also very accommodating with our scared rescue puppy. The apartment was well equipped, and the ceiling fan and AC were much appreciated in the summer heat. We liked having several spots around the property to sit and enjoy the weather, as well as the parking setup. Gian Luca regularly cleaned the pool, and lounging by it with a glass of wine was wonderful. Le Ginestre is close to Lazise city center, Verona, supermarkets, and attractions. We’ll definitely return. Thank you so much!

The property had incredible vibes and was beautiful, and we’ll be back. The wine tasting was AMAZING: the hostess was personable and told the story of the winery and its wines so well. The wines we tried were delicious, and so were the snacks.

We felt very welcome at Le Ginestre, where Barbara and Marco were great hosts for our family with 2 children. The apartments are cosy, and the garden and pool gave the kids room to play, while also being a nice spot to relax or eat in the shade. We loved the wines and their large variety, all available to taste. They also make delicious olive oil. It was a wonderful stay, thank you!

The wine tasting at Le Ginestre was a highlight of the week before our wedding in Lazise. We sampled 6 wines, whites, rosés, sparkling and reds, and honestly liked every one. Barbara and Marco were lovely hosts, happy to chat and answer all our many questions, including those from friends who know quite a bit about wine. They took their time, always smiling, and we never felt rushed. We also tried Le Ginestre's olive oil, which they’re still exploring as a venture, but it was already really good. There was no pressure to buy, though everyone in our group chose to take home at least a few bottles. We’d happily order again if possible. We only wished we’d stayed at their amazing-looking agriturismo, with its pool right beside the vines. Next time we will. We’d recommend both the tasting and the wine to anyone in the area.
