We booked Residence La Margherita for two adults and two children. Check-in seemed fine, but at bedtime we found the sofa bed hadn’t been made up. There were no sheets, blankets, or pillows. Reception was shut, and nobody answered the emergency number, so I had to sleep without bedding. That’s unacceptable for a professional property. When we raised it the next morning, staff blamed us for not saying we needed the second bed, despite the booking and payment being for four people. They refused any refund or goodwill gesture. Before the stay, they had messaged us on WhatsApp to ask the children’s ages, but still didn’t make sure the beds were ready. Communication was poor, customer care was lacking, and there was no emergency support. I strongly discourage staying here.

We’re just leaving after a wonderful week. The place has a really special, friendly feel, and everything was as described. If we return to Lake Garda, we’ll definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking near Lazise.

The staff were lovely and ready to help with anything. Lazise is about a 20-minute walk away, and the apartments have plenty of room, comfortable beds, a tidy garden, and a terrace. There’s loads to enjoy on site: a huge pool, a bar for snacks and coffee by the pool, and outdoor activities including football, tennis, fußball, and table tennis. The place was gorgeous, and everything was very neatly cleaned and tidied.

The gardens and pool are immaculate, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a nice family place with simple apartments, close to Lazise and the local Lidl. My only complaint was that the weekly cleaning wasn’t done as expected.

A quiet, pretty neighborhood, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a nice pool. I did miss having breakfast, and reception staff could have been more available.
