The apartment was spacious, clean, and well equipped, with a great view. It’s also in a very convenient location. Such a wonderful place, and I’ll definitely recommend it to my friends.

The noise from your guests, especially at night, is a problem, and they leave the elevator unlocked. Neighbors on every floor are complaining. On top of that, you've flooded my ceiling and haven't done anything to fix it. I live downstairs and the damage is causing me a lot of trouble. I've attached a photo. Please deal with this, or we'll have to take it up with the Carabinieri.
