The host really stood out, staying responsive and helpful even without being on site. It was like having a personal concierge in my pocket. There’s no physical reception, but check-in was seamless and felt very high-tech. Our room was spotless and exactly as pictured. A hassle-free, modern stay, and I’d recommend it to anyone who likes that kind of experience. 10/10.

Getting around was easy: Cavour train station and bus stops are just a few minutes away, and Rome Termini is walkable, though a bit further. Check-in was simple, but it’s self check-in with no staff on site. You need mobile data to open the door through a link. That worked fine, but it raised some safety concerns. The apartment is on the third floor with no lift, so be ready to carry your luggage up the stairs. It was a pleasant stay overall, with a few minor challenges, made better by a kind and attentive host.
