The service was another letdown. When we asked politely for help, we got a grumpy “Yeah, in a minute,” and then nobody came. After that, we stopped expecting much. The air conditioning barely ran and never cooled the room. One bed had broken slats, so a classmate ended up sleeping in something like a hammock. Hot showers were a gamble too, either freezing cold or boiling, with nothing in between. The food was worse than bad cafeteria food. Some of us gave up and used the vending machine. For a graduation trip, I'd tell people to avoid this hotel. We may laugh about the stay for years, but only because it was such a disaster.

The food had no taste at all, and for the price it wasn't worth it. All we got was cold Lidl food. We also weren't allowed out after 11 p.m., which was a shame because that's the best time for stargazing. I wish this hotel would close. I'd give it zero stars if I could. Not recommended.

We felt watched the whole time. Staff even took pictures of us and our room without asking, which made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. The location was bad too. There was a cameraman there all day, looking at us, and we couldn't do anything without them watching. The room was in terrible shape, dirty, old, and uncomfortable. The food was the worst part: absolutely inedible, the lowest quality we've ever come across, and we couldn't eat it. This was one of the worst stays we've had, and we can't recommend the place to anyone.

The only reason we stayed was the location, just five minutes from the parks. Everything else was horrible. We were four families, and the rooms weren't good at all. The outdoor area was large, but the pool itself was so tiny I started laughing. Every morning there was a strong sewage smell outside. Only one staff member was nice. The others told us we were eating too much and leaving food on the table, which wasn't true. They even claimed they'd photographed our food as proof. What insane behavior. I'll never return or recommend this place to anyone.
