The staff made this stay for our group of cyclists in 2023. They were so kind, helpful, and generous. Mara was leading the team then and was amazing, and Angelo even managed to arrange an early doctor visit nearby for one of our group. The hotel was clean and modern, within walking distance of Lecce, and dinner was exceptional. I've left this review late, but the stay really added to our Italy trip. If this hotel chain had more locations around Europe, I'd choose this brand first. Thank you!

We were there for four nights in early Sept 2025. It was fine, but I don't think I'd book again. The walk to the historic town was about 20 minutes, depending on where you wanted to go, and could be longer. I found going back and forth twice a day inconvenient and a bit of a pain, with us walking around 20K steps a day. I'd take that into account, and I think staying in the old town would be better. The hotel felt very quiet rather than fun, and there were often bus loads of elderly people dropped off for just one night. The bar hours were odd too. We tried for a drink around 6pm before going out and were told it was "closed." The shower was pretty dirty when we arrived and wasn't cleaned during our stay. The AC showed "20*C," but the room still felt warm and stuffy. On the plus side, it's very modern and flashy, and the free breakfast was good.

We had dinner there all four nights, and the food and service were the best we had. Breakfast was delicious too. The hotel was lovely, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Stefano was amazing and made sure everyone was comfortable. We'd go back.

The rooms have their own WiFi router, and the staff are quick and efficient. The place is very good in general, with rooms that look like they're from the future.

Plenty of parking and easy to reach by car. The rooms are a good size, very clean and quiet overnight, and the shower was good. Breakfast was decent as well. It's about a 15 minute walk from the edge of the old town, so in low season it can be a bit of a trek to dinner.
