Chiara gave us useful tips for the visits we had planned and greeted us so warmly. The place was spotless, and our room felt cozy and comfortable. We also appreciated being able to use the washing machine. It's a peaceful spot just steps from the city walls and Lecce's center. Highly recommended!

Chiara was so friendly and kind, and made us feel completely pampered 😊. The apartment itself is beautiful and so well located. If you get to spend a night or longer in Lecce, this B&B is ideal in every way. We hope to come back soon. Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐🌟

There’s plenty of free parking, and the neighborhood is quiet. The B&B is modern and new, only steps from the center and close to Foro Boario and the University of Salento. Rooms have private bathrooms and all the comforts, and there’s a shared kitchen area for guests.

Everything is there, it all works, and it's almost completely quiet. Chiara, the owner, is exemplary and always available if anything comes up. I first stayed at Santa Rosa for 7 days in August 2019, and I'm back now for 15 days in January. This writer travels for 10-11 months. You can get anywhere in central Lecce in a few minutes, whether on foot or by car. I'd recommend Santa Rosa to everyone who can manage the two flights of stairs. 😊

Chiara was extraordinarily kind and available, thank you! The place is comfortable, welcoming, and really nice, just a short walk from the heart of the city. It has an ensuite bathroom and all the comforts.
