We were sent here because the other place had overbooked, and it worked out fine since the location is excellent. Our room was the one letdown: it didn’t get enough daylight. Some rooms have proper windows, but ours had small ones about 2 meters above the ground, with curtains, and they could only be opened remotely. Apart from the lack of light, we were very satisfied. The rooms were clean and well equipped, communication was great, check-in was easy, and breakfast came to our room every day.

The rooms were exceptionally clean, and we got a lovely, hospitable welcome. The staff were attentive without getting in the way. Parking can be a problem, but the location is central and feels safe once you’ve sorted that out. Highly recommended.

Antonella made us feel very welcome and gave clear instructions, useful restaurant tips, and a free breakfast from a great local bakery. The place itself is comfortable, clean, and in a great location. I’d definitely recommend Vitoria to anyone visiting Lecce. We loved Lecce too.

A lovely hotel, both luxurious and beautiful. It had a great atmosphere, with an authentic feel alongside modern touches. The staff were really friendly and the service was excellent.
