The room was comfortable and clean, with the sheets and towels changed every day. Even though the location is very central, nights were still quiet, and we felt right at home. The terrace was wonderful, with a lovely view that was perfect for coffee or a glass of wine. Gianni was a fantastic host. You can tell he really cares about the property and his guests. Definitely recommend.

Francesca and her mother made us feel so welcome, and Francesca kept in touch throughout our stay, always there for questions or clarifications. The rooms were spotless, nicely decorated, and thoughtfully set up. Breakfast is ordered each day using a checklist form, and you can eat at the central indoor table or out on one of the balcony tables, looking across the historic center to the 17th century baroque Santa Croce basilica. Our room was small, though some of the others are large and spacious, with a long balcony facing the old town. Set in the beautiful centro storico of Lecce, the location is hard to beat. The comfort and location were great, but the warm service from the hosts was the best part.

You couldn’t ask for a better spot, right in the middle of the old city, with a nice view from the terrace. Francesca and her parents made our time in Lecce wonderful. They were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to look after us.

The loggia, or balcony, is a lovely place to have coffee or evening drinks, and the elevator goes up to the fourth floor. The boutique hotel is perfectly placed for exploring the historic center. Gianni is quick to respond and feels like a personal concierge, with deep local roots and knowledge of the area. When my partner had a minor medical issue, he sorted it out quickly.

A friendly family-run B&B, with a clean, well appointed bedroom and good views from the breakfast terrace. It’s in a great spot for exploring historic Lecce, with plenty of bars and places to eat nearby.
