There’s a lovely terrace in a cute piazza, with cool cafes and bars nearby. The kitchen and bathroom are what you’d expect in an old building. Communication was excellent.

The welcome was friendly, and it’s convenient for exploring Lecce on foot. Still, I wouldn’t come back. The small square outside made quiet hard to find, even at night, and the rooms had poor soundproofing. My room also had few, small windows and very poor lighting. The bed sagged and gave no support, which added to an unpleasant stay.

This B&B is in the historic center, in an old building beside the Chiesa Greca. The room was spacious and welcoming. Shame the TV had no channels tuned in, and the shower was small, with no wall tiles.

The location is probably its one strong point, right in the center and just steps from the main square. The whole house was DIRTY, GREASY, and BAD. And with the constant noise from locals going on until 4 a.m., getting any sleep was impossible. In summer, that’s unthinkable.
