The suite is in a lovely old Lecce house, and its location in the middle of the historic center is incredibly convenient for exploring on foot. It's very clean, the air conditioning works perfectly, and it's tastefully decorated, minimalist and elegant, with everything you need. The area is quiet and close to good restaurants. There's no daylight because it has no windows, though that wasn't a problem for a short stay. The agency communicated well, and checkout was easy and flexible around our travel plans. A few things to plan for: you can't park right outside, and there are parking options nearby. The historic center apparently closes at 7pm, so you'll want your car parked before then, which means you can't explore the rest of lecce for dinner. Lecce's historic center is beautiful and full of architectural art and history. It feels a little like a tiny rome.

The location is really good, and it's a pretty place to stay. But the lack of windows makes it less comfortable than you'd hope. It gets quite hot and musty with the doors closed, while opening them leaves people passing right beside you.

In the heart of Lecce's historic center, this affordable apartment has beautiful Leccese style and stone cross vaults. It's a good option for a single person or a couple, but too small for children. The entrance opens right onto the street, so you hear people passing. The mattress sags and needs replacing, and the bathroom paper towel holder was coming loose. Coffee pods would have been nice for our three-day stay, too. Still, it's a good option.

The managing agency is very helpful, and we managed a short holiday of a few days in the house. It is very small, though, and more suited to 3-4 people. We were four adults plus one infant.

It's a nice place, but cleanliness could be better. There was a musty, dusty smell, and the sheets and bedspreads need washing again, as they seemed like they may never have been laundered. The air conditioning also had some problems, and unfortunately they weren't fixed.
