The place was clean, but the setup wasn't what I expected from a B&B. There's no breakfast, just a section of the shared fridge for food you bring yourself, and a communal kettle with no tea or coffee provided. The bed was really uncomfortable, and the bathroom is shared down the hall.

There are some lovely pizzerias and supermarkets nearby, and the town centre is close too. You can also walk to a couple of bus routes. The place itself was clean, tidy and quiet. What's not to like?

For this kind of place, it was quite comfortable. We only stayed one night, so not having a proper kitchen area wasn't a big issue, though I did miss having one.

The garden was a quiet place to relax, and it was well looked after. I also appreciated having somewhere secure to keep my bicycle indoors. The room was simple, clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms had what I needed. I found the property easily from Lecce station, which isn't too far away, or from the city centre. I'd arrived late after an 11-hour train journey from Milan with a fully loaded bike, and the owner still took the time to show me around clearly and calmly. For the quality and price, it's a great place.
