The inside has vaulted arches and walls typical of Salento architecture. It’s a clean, excellent property in Lecce’s historic center, and the owner is kind and helpful, attentive to details and what guests need.

We found it good value for money and were delighted with our choice. The owner was charming and very helpful, and the welcome was perfect. The fridge was stocked for breakfast, and the house was cleaned during our 5-day stay. It’s a functional, quiet, very clean old building in an ideal spot in Lecce’s historic center. One small drawback: one room was very spacious, while the other was much smaller.

The Lecce stonework, vaulted ceilings, and ashlar details made the accommodation spectacular. Our fridge was already stocked with water, juice, and yogurt, and Vito was an unbeatable host. We stayed three nights last week and came away with only good things to say. Perfect location, too, and a real treat for the price.

Mr. Vito checked in with us several times and was so kind and available whenever we needed anything. His suggestions for places to see, plus bars and restaurants for Lecce dishes and desserts, were much appreciated. We spent a wonderful week at B&B Regina Maria, right in Lecce's historic center and only steps from major sights such as the Duomo. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and furnished with everything we needed for the week. Those big Lecce stone vaulted ceilings are beautiful. Excellent value, highly recommended.
