We arrived on time to check in, but nobody was there to meet us and there was no contact number. It was late at night, and we were traveling with a 5-year-old girl. eDreams couldn't help when we contacted them either. Luckily, my brother-in-law from Turin somehow managed to track everything down. The location was horrible too. Avoid this place and staff.

The room was damp and smelled awful. Everything was wet, from our clothes and sheets to the towels and pillow, and we had just one towel for five days with no way to dry it. It felt like a tiny cell, and the shower was so cramped you couldn't move. Finding the place was hard, and when we arrived there was nobody to check us in. We called the company, then waited over an hour and a half for them to show up. They charged us a fee, which we paid, but gave us no invoice or receipt. They ruined our vacation. I'd never seen anything like it.
