Chiaia Roof

Alberto, thanks for a great stay! The beds were really comfortable, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The location made it easy to walk to all the shops. We’d definitely come back. Grazie!🤗❤️🇮🇹

The parking situation and charges were handled badly. The rooms, though, were brilliant: modern, very clean, and comfortable, which was a nice surprise in the middle of old town naples. There are shops and delicious restaurants all around, and it’s a 10 minute walk to the port of naples for ferries to the surrounding Islands. On our first night, we were given directions to park, but they were wrong and the place didn’t exist on Google, so we ended up leaving the car on a side street in Napoli. When we finally found the garage, they said parking was free and there’d be no extra charge. When we picked the car up, it had several scratches on the side, and we were told it would cost another 80 euros. I tried to sort out the charge since we hadn’t been told about it and the garage workers had damaged the car, but I was called a liar and told to accept it or walk home. I felt cornered, paid, and got a number of insults while walking to the car. It left a pretty gross taste in our mouths, and we won’t be returning to Napoli any time soon. The B&B itself is worth a stay, but please don’t drive there.

The hotel is in a perfect spot for exploring the city. The staff were very helpful, and the rooms were quiet.

Friendly staff, great rooms, and a fantastic location.
