Falco Luxury Home

The apartment is modern and has absolutely everything you need. The host was friendly, accommodating and great at communicating. The location is fantastic, both for Naples Airport and for walking to Garibaldi train station, about 25 minutes away. Many thanks, Sunny.

The apartment is renovated and practical, with the things needed for breakfast provided. There was a bit too much furniture, though, and the bed could do with replacing. We parked free on the street outside the house. It's a 5-minute drive from the airport, and the city takes 30 to 35 minutes to reach on foot. The bus stop across the road makes the trip much easier.

The room's decor was nice, but the bed was small, there was only one street-facing window, and breakfast wasn't good. I booked one night because my flight arrived late and had arranged to meet at the front door at 10 pm for check-in. It was raining, and after waiting 15 minutes I called the host several times, but got no answer. At 11:30 pm he contacted me by WhatsApp and gave a neighbor instructions to open the building door, then sent me directions for finding the key. He never came or spoke to me on the phone. Worst check-in I've ever had. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The apartment itself is great, but check-in was awful. The owner insisted on an exact arrival time. Our bus was late, and he said we had no respect for his employees and that this wasn't a hotel with a front desk. Then he said we could go somewhere else if we didn't like it. His words were, “education first, money after.” The person who let us in wasn't the owner and couldn't speak English. They used Google Translate to ask us not to leave a review on Booking. We felt afraid in this part of town, which didn't feel safe at all. If it had only happened to me, fine, but many other reviewers described the same check-in problem.
