The staff were very welcoming, and the location worked well for getting to the ferry, public transport, and the old part of town. The bathroom had a bad smell that the fan couldn’t clear. The amenities were limited to a small fridge, small TV, and coffee machine. We stayed in one of the rooms, in what seemed like a converted apartment building with three “apartments” and two rooms. It’s on the 11th floor, with no reception, shared spaces, or anything like that. Breakfast was a voucher for a drink and one baked good at the coffee place by the entrance on the 1st floor.

A large room with a high standard and really helpful staff. It’s outside the ZTL, but you can walk to both the old city and the port. A perfect place to stay in Napoli.

Gennaro was welcoming and very helpful, making the room easy to find and lending a hand whenever we needed it. The beds were comfortable, and our room had a full kitchen and a washing machine. We only stayed one night, but plan to come back. The port is also within walking distance if you’re heading to the islands.

The breakfast at bar Cervantes was a lovely start, with fresh pastry, delicious coffee, and great service. We spent five days in the Toledo apartment at Napoli City Center apartments and had a great stay. The apartment was spacious enough, spotless, and had good mattresses and a comfortable sofa bed. Gennaro was welcoming, hardworking, and ready to answer even the questions we hadn't thought to ask. The location is hard to beat for tourists in Napoli: clean and safe around the entrance, with a short pedestrian area right outside and everything within walking distance. There was some noise from outside, but that's hard to avoid in Napoli.

The host was pleasant and very helpful, and both the room and location were great. Paid parking is available on site from 30 euros a day. Highly recommend!
