We stayed one night, and I’d say avoid this place. It’s a converted shop with a metal entry gate, in a neighborhood that didn’t feel great. The facilities inside were sparse and not clean. The bedding and sheets were old, and the towels had just been tossed in a wobbly dresser with a broken drawer. No shower gel, only toilet paper. What we paid wasn’t justified by the room. There’s better and more comfortable accommodation in Naples for less.

The owner was incredibly helpful, and the location was great. The house suited every need, especially for a big group. There were eight of us, with extra beds and two bathrooms. Excellent!

Napoli charme holiday home is a good choice for a nice Naples break. The apartment is in a clean, residential area, with a supermarket 50 meters away and a tobacconist and bar nearby. The owners were very kind and ready to help with anything we needed. The cleaning lady was helpful too, and the place was super clean. The neighbors, Mr. Pasquale and Mrs. Giovanna, were hospitable and there if we needed anything. We had all the comforts we wanted.
