The room we were given was very small and nothing like the property photos. It wasn't deluxe or as spacious as the pictures here suggested. There are huge steps at the entrance, so it's not suitable for a stroller. The old, tiny elevator takes 10 euro cents and is also hard to fit into with a stroller. The pillows were very uncomfortable. Our room was on the 1st floor, beside another room and the shared breakfast area, while the other rooms and reception were on the 6th floor. A truck bringing supplies to the restaurants below woke us at 6:00am every morning. Check-out was frustrating too. We went to reception and handed over the keys, but no one said there was a credit card problem. When we got to the airport, they called and texted about 20 times. After being disturbed 30 times while trying to catch our plane with a toddler(!), we finally sat down and gave them another credit card, which solved the problem. The reception service was unprofessional.

The place is new, clean, and nice, with friendly, helpful staff and an Italian breakfast buffet of coffee and sweet cakes. The rooms have poor sound insulation from each other. It's on the 6th floor of an apartment building, but there's nothing to suggest it's a B&B rather than a small hotel.

Loredanna made sure we had what we needed and was really helpful with information. The place was very clean, with lots of restaurants nearby and Toledo metro stop close by. The big shopping street is about 200 meters away. We were on the sixth floor, so the elevator was necessary, and it cost 20 cents each time. There are 10 steps at the entrance, which meant carrying our bags up.

Spotless rooms, well equipped, and right in the centre. For what you get, the price is hard to beat. The girl working there was lovely and really helpful too. I'd definitely recommend staying here in Naples 👌

No trouble getting in even though there isn't a receptionist around the clock. I called, and someone came to let me in in under 5 minutes. The location is good. People say the area is dangerous at night, but I didn't have any problems. Good place overall :)
