I was woken at 6:30 a.m. by construction work, and the street stayed noisy during the day too, with lots of cars. You can hear everything outside because the place isn’t soundproof. Nobody from the staff showed up, and all the communication was in Italian. The pillow was very thin and gave me neck pain. We hadn’t been told about the noise when booking, and the staff didn’t offer a fix or compensation.

This BnB has an early 1900s feel, and I was enchanted by it during my weekend stay. You’re right in the city center, moments from the Duomo and Lecce’s lovely baroque streets. Even so, it was quiet enough for a good night’s sleep.

I had a wonderful time at bnb900 and didn’t spend much. The B&B was bright and clean throughout, and the room smelled nice and had everything I needed: a kettle, chamomile tea, tea, taralli, and water. They’d also left soaps, cotton pads, cotton swabs, and even a small iron in the bathroom. The location was excellent. I didn’t get a chance to try breakfast at the affiliated café, so maybe next time. Thank you!
