2/10
The place was very clean, and there was parking in the blue spaces out front if you could find a spot. Parking is hard to find anywhere in Lecce, though. We couldn't sleep because people lingered until early morning in the palazzo behind the rooms, making a lot of noise. The window blind was broken too, so the room got bright early. Nobody mentioned either of those things to us. Also, be advised that “breakfast included” means a choice of one coffee and one sweet, like a croissant. Anything extra costs you out of pocket, and that wasn't explained to us either. One warning before booking: the owner requires payment first.

The location is amazing, right by the old town and an easy walk in. The host is helpful and professional, clearly knows the business. The room, sheets, and towels were all very clean.

The rooms were incredibly comfortable, and we've had a great time so far. We only just arrived from Argentina. The location is excellent, near several bars and restaurants, on a street with lots of shops, and very close to the historic center. I'd just suggest adding some fruit or juice to breakfast.

Right in the center, this B&B is in a renovated building. The room was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed.
