The room was clean, tidy, and well equipped, and would have suited us for more than one night. The owner was very kind. The apartment building was well maintained, in a quiet spot close to the center. Parking was a hassle, though, and finding a space felt like luck. The breakfast arrangement was the main letdown. Even with a fully equipped kitchen, there wasn't a single tea bag. The owner said he hadn't had time to prepare breakfast, so he sent us to a café where breakfast was included in the rate. But the deal covered only a coffee or cappuccino and a croissant. I couldn't use it because, for health reasons, I don't drink coffee or eat croissants. The café staff were kind, but said they couldn't offer more without going over their budget, which seemed pretty low. Riccardo, I'd suggest keeping coffee and a moka pot, a few tea bags, some yogurt in the fridge, plus croissants and a few packets of biscuits. It might save you money in the long run. I stayed for one night last weekend with my partner. Why three stars? For a B&B, that breakfast was a real disappointment.

The place is close to the center and easy to reach on foot. There's no parking, though it's easy to find a spot on the street. Recommended if you want a pleasant stay in Lecce.

The apartment was well equipped and very well maintained, and the single room was lovely. Its private bathroom was just across the hall. The location is excellent, about 10 minutes on foot from the train station and five minutes from one of the old town entrances. Breakfast was included at a café 200 meters from the apartment, by Porta Rudiae at the old town entrance. Excellent value for money.
