The apartment is huge and the location is excellent, right in a very central, convenient spot. It could easily have earned five stars, but the small maintenance details have been neglected. The bathroom sink filter was clogged, the TVs were outdated, and paint was peeling off the walls. A few cents spent on these minor fixes would have made all the difference. Such a shame.

Marilù was such a kind, welcoming host, and greeted us with delicious pasticciotti. The apartment is lovely and has everything you might need, right in the historic center. You can cook there, and there’s a varied breakfast available for self-catering.

Lecce feels like more than a city to me, it’s an emotion. And emotions are born in the heart.
