Palazzo Bignami

We enjoyed all six days at Palazzo Bignami. It's on a quiet street only a few minutes on foot from the city center, and nearby public parking worked out fine despite there being no private parking. The owners are very friendly and do their best to make guests happy. The B&B is tastefully decorated, with lovely, spacious rooms and a large rooftop terrace upstairs. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of choices. We did find it a little unusual that eggs cost extra, and there was also an extra charge to refresh the bath linens.

We hated having to leave after our three nights here. The breakfast was amazing, with homemade cakes, pies, pastries, yogurt, granola, savory choices, and coffee drinks made to order. The owners were welcoming and kind, and their adorable little dog, Minnie, was part of the charm. The B&B is in a pleasant neighborhood near the train station, with an easy walk to the historical center. Our suite's bed and furniture were especially comfortable and good quality. The rooms are beautifully decorated without feeling fussy or cluttered, and there were nice extras like robes, slippers, and bottled water.

Liana and Enzo were wonderful hosts, and we found free parking right outside the hotel, which was very convenient. The rooms are roomy and comfortable, and the place is decorated beautifully. Breakfast was entirely homemade and phenomenal. We had a great stay at Palazzo Bignami and highly recommend booking here!

We visited in April and are only getting around to writing this in December, but Palazzo Bignami definitely earned five stars. The hosts were helpful, the room was well appointed, and breakfast was great. The rooftop was cool, and there was a cute dog too.
