We were worried about parking in the center of Lecce, but we could leave our car right in front of the hotel for the whole stay, with a public parking fee. That worked out really well. The staff also paid close attention to us and sorted out a problem during our visit. The hotel has a modern feel while still being classic and small. Our room was spacious, with a huge, very comfortable bed. I've stayed at a lot of five-star hotels in Italy, and this was easily among the best. We only ate breakfast there, and it was tasty and nicely served.

The front desk team were incredibly helpful, and the location worked well, just a short walk from the old town. Parking is provided off-site. Our room had plenty of space and was well equipped. We loved staying here and would definitely recommend it.

The location was great, the room was big, and breakfast was good. The two women at reception were lovely. But the rest of the stay was a mess. We were travelling with our four-month-old, and the fridge didn't work, so we couldn't keep milk bottles cold and had to throw a lot away. The air conditioning blew hot air until the final night. Our son kept waking up sweaty and barely slept, which felt like a health risk at his age and left us too worried to sleep properly either. The sink lights were also out, a real problem in an already dark room. We raised these issues with reception several times and were told they would be fixed, but nothing was. When we tried to complain at checkout because the price should cover basic services like these, they told us to email the owner. We did, but ten days later there was still no reply. Reception has also ignored my WhatsApp messages. It's a shame, because this could have been a wonderful stay, but these problems spoiled it for us.

We booked Palazzo Giusti at the last minute, and they were ready for us and very accommodating. Norbert at the front desk welcomed us warmly, helped us out, and gave us some great restaurant suggestions. The room was clean and well appointed. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it.

The rooms were very spacious and had everything we could want, including great toiletries. Breakfast was delicious, and Fabiana made it a real treat by remembering what everyone liked. Beatriz, Martina, and Donato at the front desk were always available when we had questions or needed help. The staff went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. Palazzo Gusti Lecce is also well placed, within walking distance of the historic center and close to several plazas. Thanks for a memorable visit.
