B&B Reale

The breakfast arrangement was a €2 voucher at a local coffee bar, enough for an espresso and a very sweet croissant covered in jam. We stayed four nights in July, and the whole experience was awful. Our ground-floor rooms opened onto the courtyard, where residents kept the bins and stored things, including a cross-country motorbike. The owner took it out early every morning, and the noise started around 6am and continued all morning. The rooms were extremely humid, almost mushroom-growing damp. The beds were old, the bedding poor, and my boyfriend woke with a stiff neck from a rock-hard pillow. I can't recommend the place in good conscience, and I don't understand how it gets positive feedback.

I keep coming back to this B&B, this was my second stay. It's in a great spot, and the owner is friendly, kind, and very helpful. The room was clean, and breakfast had plenty of options. I highly recommend it.

Parking is on the street, so you have to get lucky, and the place is far from the city center. We paid in advance, and if we hadn't, we would have left immediately. I've never stayed in such a dump. The photos are totally MISLEADING, and none show the filthy room they put us in. The shower was filthy too, there were ants in the bathroom, and there was old tartar caked on the toilet. No shower mat, a terrible musty smell, and the bed was old and worn out. Our clothes were almost wet from the damp. There was a disgusting stink from the bathroom sink, which had no plug. The coffee machine was broken and only dispensed cold water, even with a pod, so we couldn't make coffee in our room. Breakfast was in the inner courtyard, which looked nothing like the photos. Everything was dirty and uncared for, including a rusty, faded gazebo. Who knows how old those pictures are. The bar's croissants and pastries were fresh, but the juice tasted rancid. An experience I never want to repeat. Filth everywhere. I can't understand the good reviews, it seems absurd. NEVER AGAIN 👎👎👎 I hope someone inspects it and seals it. SHAME!
