Hotel Delle Palme

Chiara really made the stay for me. I was travelling with my infant son and hadn’t booked parking, and the hotel was already full. She immediately told me to leave my keys with them and said she wouldn’t send me off to find parking with my child. That kindness made all the difference. The staff are warm and welcoming, the hotel is spotless and beautifully kept, and breakfast is excellent. It’s about 800 metres from the city centre. I’m looking forward to coming back.

We had a great time here. The rooms were really good, the service was incredible, and it felt like good value. It’s only a short walk to the main piazza.

The staff were lovely and very helpful, and breakfast was lovely too. I’d definitely stay here again.

My family and I spent about two and a half weeks here after a family emergency brought us to the area. Even under those difficult circumstances, this turned out to be the best hotel stay I’ve ever had. The team helped us through a very hard time, and my family is grateful to everyone. Every staff member was polite and helpful. The breakfast team was phenomenal, and the food was delicious. I especially liked the Pasticciotto. At the front desk, they were accommodating and quick to help with even small requests, and they gladly called a local taxi when we needed one. The doormen and bar staff were exceptionally gracious, helping family members with limited mobility down the entrance steps using an electronic ramp. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were kept in good shape, and housekeeping responded quickly even to minor requests.
