Sui Tetti Luxury Rooms

The room felt a little cramped, but it was excellent value. Breakfast was great, with something new added each day. You're right in the heart of Lecce Old Town, surrounded by shops, bars, and restaurants to explore. Would recommend!

The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the room was well serviced. My superior double was bright, nicely designed, and had a high ceiling. The bathroom was small, but it had a shower and was well equipped. Breakfast was superb, with plenty of sweet and savoury options and several drinks to choose from.

I've already made a complaint and provided evidence of cockroaches under the bed and in the bathroom. I didn't sleep all night because I'm allergic to cockroaches. I tried to reach the owner by WhatsApp and phone, calling more than 50 times, but got no reply. They haven't apologized even once, and seem to think this is normal. People shouldn't be playing with our health. I want justice, and I'll file a complaint with the higher authority too. I hope you'll support me.

The worst hotel experience I've ever had. The rating and photos made me excited about my reservation at Sui Tetti Luxury hotel, expecting a great stay. It was a fiasco, and I hope this helps warn people thinking of spending a few days there. I've never had anything like this happen before. We arrived for check-in at 3pm, but nobody was there to welcome us, supposedly because of "covid". I then found an email from the owner saying we had to use a code to open the front door. After around 20 unanswered calls and messages, ringing the bell, and waiting 1h30, there was still no sign of the manager. We had to contact Booking's customer service, who were understanding and reassuring. While Booking was also trying to reach the owner, the manager finally replied in all caps: "you can leave now. Use another tone if you want to stay with us". I was only asking for the code to get into the hotel, where I'd already been waiting for almost two hours. We said we were surprised by the response, and he again told us to leave. Thankfully, Booking found us somewhere else to stay. I suggest reading the most recent comments. It seems this has happened to several customers. Comparing them with older reviews, I suspect the management changed. Such a lack of professionalism and accountability, along with such poor service, shouldn't be what people remember from a city as beautiful as Lecce. Go elsewhere, there are plenty of other B&Bs that will welcome you courteously.
