I told the property I wanted a non-smoking room where pets had not slept. She said she has a dog. I have had a dog for over 20 years too, but my dogs don't sleep in my sheets. I explained that you can still tell when dogs have slept in a room, no matter how it's cleaned. The property asked me to cancel my Booking reservation. After 10 p.m., she called and was arrogant and hostile. A Booking agent from another country called me soon afterward and said the host had also been rude to her. I think the owner may have been under the influence when she called us both that night. She formally told Booking that my card had been declined, which wasn't true. I want that made clear. My VISA Platinum card is easy to check. I used it for two other Booking reservations, one before and one after, as well as hundreds of other payments. I've never had this kind of treatment in hundreds of reservations. I insisted on getting a link to rate the property even though I hadn't stayed there. Booking should make sure customers like me aren't misled by false ratings. I still haven't received the online questionnaire.

The upstairs view over the lake and the surrounding area was incredible, I took quite a few photos. We were there for just one night over the weekend, and it was such a beautiful place. The owner was very helpful and kind, and breakfast was great. I'd definitely stay again.

There was just one room with three beds, and it didn't have a kitchen or tableware. The bathroom floor was freezing. I also left my JBL Bluetooth speaker behind. The owner later said they hadn't found it, but I know I left it there and believe they simply didn't return it. I don't trust them and wouldn't recommend staying here.

The apartment was spacious and had everything I needed, and I was very happy with my few days there. I also enjoyed meeting a friendly Beagle on site. The owner was really welcoming, friendly, and easy to communicate with. There are paths along the lake nearby that are great for walks or runs. I highly recommend the place.

We were made to leave the room before checkout, and the woman yelled at us. It felt as if she were possessed. After we left, she took money from my friend's card, and she threatened another friend on WhatsApp. This happened because we couldn't do anything after she asked us to pay outside Booking. It took me months to write this, but I can only recommend finding somewhere else to stay. She'll probably say I was never there.
