The room design was good and the size was okay, but this was by far the worst place we stayed during nearly two weeks in northern Italy. We paid what we'd paid for 4-star hotels in Verona and Milan, and got something dorm-like instead. If value matters to you, avoid this network. Calling breakfast included felt like a lie. There was milk and juice in the fridge, cereal, and one low-quality coffee capsule. We also had to wash the dishes ourselves. The location was awful, and we were genuinely worried about leaving our car there. There was no private parking, only paid public parking. The street was noisy every second of the night. I'm usually a heavy sleeper, but since our room was on the first and only floor, it felt like the noise was happening inside it. We couldn't close the window because there was no air conditioning. A horrible experience.

The downtown spot is excellent, just steps from the train station and the lake. Our room was comfortable and nice, and both it and the large bathroom were clean. The common areas could have been cleaner, and the breakfast quality could be better.

I've traveled halfway around the world and never had such a terrible stay. The lady was in Sardinia and had left the apartment cleaning to people who didn't even speak Italian. There was no registration, which already upset me, and once inside I found dirty towels and notes from the previous guests on several bedside tables. I called the lady right away to ask for my money back and left before I even put my bag on a chair. Never again. She doesn't deserve half a star. Disgusting.

The location was really convenient, and the room was nice and comfortable, but I don't recommend it. We were meant to get into the room at 6pm, but the lady was late and we didn't get in until 6:40. That was absurd, though at least it wasn't a scam. On top of that, €50 went missing from the bedside table.
